Cancellation Policy

A project can be cancelled by either the Client or WeDoo Technologies under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation by the Client: You may cancel your project at any time by providing written notice to us via email at [Your Email Address].

    • If the project is cancelled within 24 hours of making the initial payment and before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the advance payment, less any payment processing fees.

    • If the project is cancelled after work has commenced, the initial advance payment is strictly non-refundable. This deposit covers our project setup costs, resource allocation, and the initial work performed.

  • Cancellation by WeDoo Technologies: WeDoo Technologies reserves the right to cancel any project at our discretion. This may occur if:

    • The Client is in breach of our Terms of Service.

    • The Client fails to provide necessary content, feedback, or communication for a period exceeding [e.g., 14] days.

    • We believe the project requirements are unethical or unlawful.

    If we cancel the project for reasons not related to a client breach, a pro-rata refund will be issued for any work that has not yet been completed.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services and the significant resources allocated to each project, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Advance Payment: The advance payment (typically 50% of the project cost) is non-refundable once work on the project has started.

  • Completed Work: No refunds will be issued for services that have already been rendered, including milestones that have been completed and approved by the client.

  • Final Payment: The final payment signifies the client’s approval and satisfaction with the completed project. Therefore, no refunds will be provided after the final payment has been made and the project files have been delivered.

We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, such as traffic, leads, or sales from the websites we build. Our responsibility is to deliver a professionally designed and developed website according to the agreed-upon scope of work.
