Scope of Delivery

WeDoo Technologies provides professional white-label website development services, which are entirely digital in nature. We do not produce or ship any physical goods. Therefore, a traditional shipping policy for physical items is not applicable to our business.

This policy serves to explain our digital “delivery” or “handover” process for completed website projects.

The Digital Delivery Process

Our service is considered “delivered” upon the successful completion of the project and the handover of all relevant assets and credentials to the client. The process is as follows:

Step 1: Final Approval: The client provides written confirmation (via email) that the project is complete and meets the requirements outlined in the scope of work.
Step 2: Final Payment: The client clears the final invoice for the project.
Step 3: Asset Handover (The “Delivery”): Once the final payment is confirmed, we will initiate the handover process within 24-48 business hours. The delivery method will be one of the following, as agreed upon at the start of the project:
- Server Migration: We will migrate the website files and database to the client’s designated hosting server and provide all necessary login credentials.
- File Transfer: We will package all website files, assets, and databases into a secure, compressed archive (.zip) and provide a download link to the client via email or a project management tool.
- Platform Ownership Transfer: For projects built on platforms like Shopify, Webflow, etc., we will transfer full ownership and administrative rights of the account/site to the client.

Delivery Timelines

The estimated timeline for project completion will be provided in the initial project proposal.
The final handover (digital delivery) will be completed within 24-48 business hours after the final payment has been received and confirmed.
