Platform-specific services (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Odoo).
Maintenance, updates, and technical support.
Details of services will be outlined in individual agreements or proposals.
You agree:
To provide accurate project requirements and necessary assets.
To review and approve deliverables on time.
To ensure all materials you provide (content, images, etc.) do not infringe on third-party rights.
All custom code, designs, and modules created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables after full payment.
You may not resell or distribute our work without permission.
All pricing will be communicated prior to the start of any project.
A deposit may be required before work begins.
Final payment is due upon project completion or as agreed in milestones.
Late payments may attract a late fee or suspension of services.
Minor revisions are included depending on the service plan.
Major changes or scope expansions will be charged additionally.
We reserve the right to define what qualifies as major or minor revisions.
Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to external factors or client delays.
We are not liable for delays caused by client inaction or delayed feedback.
Projects may be canceled by either party with written notice.
Refunds (if any) will be issued based on work completed and time invested.
Domain/hosting purchases are non-refundable.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We are not responsible for data loss, third-party errors, or downtime after handover.
Use of our services is at your own risk.
Support services are available based on your service plan.
Free support is limited to 15 days post-project completion unless otherwise agreed.
Ongoing maintenance is available as a paid service.
Both parties agree to keep shared project details and data confidential.
We will not disclose or reuse your content without your permission.
We may use third-party plugins or tools for enhanced functionality.
We are not responsible for changes, outages, or pricing updates related to third-party tools.
These terms are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh/INDIA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Meerut District.
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services implies agreement with the updated Terms.
